Repairs

Within the operation limits of FRP composites you can use these materials for repairing metal piping, tanks and equipment. A wide variety of resins and reinforcements are available.

RiemensFRP follows the Piping Inspection Code API 570, the ASME PCC-2 Repair of Pressure Equipment and Piping and the ISO 24817 Composite repairs for pipework. Repairs that are not covered by these codes are treated as much as possible according to these codes and furthermore the codes for FRP piping and vessels, approved procedures and good workmanship.

FRP wrapping of pressure piping and equipment can also be done with the approval of a Notified Body.
