Firewater lines

For a large refinery in Rotterdam RiemensFRP does the inspection activities for the replacement from the existing steel firewater lines for FRP lines. Special care has to be taken to the routing, design and engineering of the FRP lines because there is already a very crowdy underground infrastructure of pipelines and cables and a lot of road and railway crossings. The work package of RiemensFRP consists of engineering review, inspection of pipes, fittings and spools, pressure testing and some civil inspection like sand filling and compaction.
